TASTING NOTE:
"Light grain character with a small pome fruit ester and some confection sugar sweetness on the nose, and sweetness as it warms. Light dextrose at the head of the palate followed by a thin, slightly sour character emerging on the carbonic acid in the mid palate to a light, dry finish. Well-made.
