"Hazy gold in colour, with a large white head. A lovely mix of cooked fruit and alcohol in the nose. Definitely tends towards the fruity, but is wonderfully balanced. Strong alcohol throughout, but thoroughly enjoyable. Spritzy but soft carbonation gives a mousse-y mouthfeel."
