"Pale gold in colour, with good head retention. The aroma has nice hints of sweet lemon drop and a bit of lime that carries over to the flavour. Nice level of acidity that balances well. There’s a mild coriander end to it, along with some peppercorn spiciness and just the right amount of salt lingering on the tongue in the finish."
