"Ruddy in colour with a nice, attractive toasted grain nose that is dry and just a bit spicy-floral. The body is dry, a little earthy, and slightly minerally in a good way. It has a firm bitterness rising through the second half, and the bitterness on the finish is balanced and appetising. "
