TASTING NOTE:
"Clear dark orange marmalade in colour. Some acetic on the nose with a touch of subtle cherry. The palate is more in the plum and raisin territory with a hint of cherry skins. Leathery notes are also present here, along with a very light amount of wood. Overall, quite savoury, with a mouth-coating finish."
