Light golden colour. Very sharp lemon in the nose. The palate also has notes of lemon, along with grapefruit, mandarin orange, and a slight bit of melon. There’s a pith-like bitterness that takes hold in the middle. Delightfully tart, with a hint of tannins towards the end."
