Clear caramel colour, good carbonation, decent head retention. The aroma is brown bread with dark fruit notes. Quite light body with roasted coffee bitter notes coming through strongly along with a spicy black pepper finish. Bitterness lingers down the throat after finishing, but it’s not unpleasant."
